A home for what comes next / V1

Box out scarcity.
Build in abundance.

The place where creators live in minimum abundance—and create the future of America.

A proposed creator village in Spicewood, Texas. Compact homes. Shared possibility. The first version of a bigger idea.

Minimum viable prosperity

Less overhead.
More life.

What could you create if your life wasn’t organized around surviving the next bill?

V1 starts with a simple belief: creators should not have to choose between a stable life and work that matters. A smaller private home can be part of a much bigger life when the good things are shared.

The Civil Valley spirit, built with compact modular homes: a neighborhood of creators, builders and people working toward a future worth living in. Not isolation. Not another luxury enclave. A practical experiment in minimum viable prosperity.

01

Your own space.

A compact, comfortable private home. Independence, privacy and somewhere to recharge.

02

More, together.

Shared creative tools, workspaces and gathering places instead of duplicating everything.

03

People with purpose.

Neighbors to collaborate with, learn from and turn a good idea into visible work.

04

A future in public.

Document what works, what costs too much and what another community could reproduce.

These are V1 design intentions, not confirmed facilities or resident benefits.

Small footprint. Bigger horizon.

“Live like
Elon Musk.”

Think smaller about the house.
Think bigger about what you do with your life.

Our shorthand for choosing a simpler living footprint so more attention can go toward meaningful work. The point is not a celebrity lifestyle. It’s freedom to create.

An independent aspirational phrase, not an endorsement or a claim about Musk’s current home. BOXABL reports a Casita delivery to Musk in Boca Chica; that does not establish his current primary residence or involvement in V1.

The America.co connection

Creators unlock
what comes next.

Give people a foundation. Give good ideas a voice.

America.co connects creators, public-interest tools and people working on common-sense solutions. V1 would give that work a place to happen every day: create together, share what you learn and make progress visible.

Housing is not the whole mission. It is part of the foundation that could free people to serve it.

An experiment with receipts

Prove it.
Then improve it.

Before calling this prosperity, we need evidence. V1’s proposed scorecard would track the whole cost of living—and the quality of the life it makes possible.

Cost of a good life

Housing, utilities, food, transport and shared services. Include maintenance and hidden costs.

Time to create

Time recovered from financial pressure, meaningful work produced and voluntary collaborations.

Quality of life

Resident-defined wellbeing, privacy, belonging, accessibility and freedom to leave.

What would a lower living cost unlock?

V1 means a first version—not a finished village

Ground the dream.
Build the proof.

  1. Concept · Now

Share the vision, hear from potential collaborators and test the assumptions.

  2. Feasibility · To establish

Land permission, product fit, utilities, approvals, insurance, a responsible operator and a transparent operating model.

  3. Pilot · Proposed

If feasible and approved, start small, document real costs and measure resident-defined outcomes.

  4. Replication · Longer-term ambition

Publish a playbook other communities can learn from. Expand only on evidence.

The important questions

Clear from the start.

Is V1 built or open for move-ins?

No. V1 is a proposed creator-community concept. Land agreements, feasibility, utilities, approvals, an operating team, costs and a launch schedule still need to be established. There are no reservations or homes for sale on this page.

Why BOXABL?

Compact, factory-built homes are a candidate for the private living spaces. Shared studios, tools and gathering spaces could make the overall community feel much larger. Final product selection and installation depend on site feasibility and approvals.

What does minimum viable prosperity mean?

A dependable foundation for a good life: a safe home, everyday essentials, community and room to do meaningful work. V1 would test whether sharing resources can reduce the cost of living without reducing dignity or independence. It is a design goal, not a guaranteed benefit.

Is this connected to BOXABL, Open Air Resorts or Elon Musk?

This is an independent America.co concept. No endorsement or confirmed partnership with BOXABL, Open Air Resorts or Elon Musk is represented. Spicewood property photographs are setting references; the village pictures are generated concept renderings.
