01 / The missing piece

The future isn't only
a building problem.
It's a reaching people problem.

A great product can disappear in the noise. A trusted person can help the world understand why it matters.

As it becomes easier to build, the harder questions are who will find your work, why they will believe in it, and whether it genuinely deserves their trust.

America Combinator brings founders into the same community as creators, operators, and people working on public problems. We want to help useful companies earn attention through real work, clear stories, and relationships that compound.

Our ambition is to build an institution whose value comes from the value it creates for humanity. The work starts here, in public, with people willing to be held to that standard.

02 / What we bring to the table

More than a pitch.
People in your corner.

We start with a practical question:
what could we make possible together?

01

Distribution

Find the people who can tell your story. Explore creator collaborations, product demonstrations, launch strategy, and media that connects your work with the people it serves.

02

Trust

Show the product, the people, the evidence, and the trade-offs. Build in public, disclose partnerships, and invite scrutiny. Trust is earned through what holds up.

03

Proximity

Work alongside people with complementary skills. Trade feedback, share useful introductions, and turn an occasional meeting into an ongoing collaboration.

America House

The neighborhood we are building

Born in America.
Built for humanity.

In Virginia, across the Potomac River
from Washington, DC.

Start with the house

Not just companies on a portfolio page. People who know each other.

America House is the starting point for a larger neighborhood of builders, creators, and aligned organizations. We want useful technology, trusted media, and public-minded ambition close enough to work together every day.

We're inviting startups to help shape what this becomes. Bring a product worth using, a problem worth solving, and the generosity to help the people around you succeed.

The neighborhood is taking shape. Space, timing, costs, and any partnership terms are discussed individually before anyone commits.

An invitation to the right builders

Make something useful.
Give people a reason to believe.

Early ideas, working prototypes, and growing companies are welcome. Tell us who you serve, what changes if you succeed, and why we should build together.

03 / Introduce your startup

Let's see what
we can build.

A short introduction is enough to start. No account, elaborate pitch, or polished deck required.

  1. 01
    Send your introduction.

Tell us what you're building and where we could help.

  2. 02
    We'll review the fit.

Useful work, shared values, and a concrete way to collaborate.

  3. 03
    Define the partnership.

If there's a fit, we'll discuss the next step and agree on terms together.

Before you apply

A few practical answers.

What does “invest with distribution and trust” mean?

Our starting point is the work around a company: creator collaboration, storytelling, product feedback, relationships, and building a credible public track record. It is not a promise of cash funding or guaranteed reach. Any capital, equity, fees, or services would require a separate agreement.

Do we have to move to Virginia?

No. You can begin with a remote partnership or a visit. If a longer-term presence makes sense, we can discuss the neighborhood, available space, and practical arrangements together.

Are you only interested in civic technology?

No. We welcome startups working on a better future across fields. What matters is a useful product, honest claims, responsible work, and a compelling reason to collaborate with this community.

Will our application be public?

No. Applications go to the America House team for review. We won't publish your application or list you as a partner just because you apply.
