THE VISION
Pass the Receipts Act
A receipt is ordinary common sense. A public money trail should be useful enough for people to compare prices and ask informed questions—not just a document technically available somewhere.
The RECEIPTS Act is a citizen-authored working draft focused on covered GSA Federal Supply Schedule orders. The next chapter is careful review: improve definitions, test reporting feasibility, protect legitimate sensitive information, and find a viable legislative path.

What would count as progress?
Officially adopted text, effective date, and operating disclosure records for covered orders; draft publication and linked channels are intermediate steps, not enactment.
A Receipts Act adopted and put into operation.
Goals are not reported results. A linked channel is not proof of an achieved outcome. This quest is an invitation to build, not a claim that a complete team or solution already exists.
