The work begins with a real income-support program. Compare its published budget with reported payments and administration, protect recipients’ private information, and show the gaps honestly.

What would count as progress?
A published funding-to-payment reconciliation, independently checked totals, disclosed costs and shortfalls, and privacy-preserving evidence of money received. Announced budgets alone do not complete this flag.
COVID stimulus checks were only one part of a much larger response. Make UBI funding and direct payments transparent, without relying on benefits to trickle down.
Goals are not reported results. A linked channel is not proof of an achieved outcome. This quest is an invitation to build, not a claim that a complete team or solution already exists.
